Casemaker, the Colorado Bar Association’s free legal
research member benefit, has upgraded to the New Casemaker to provide you with
new features and functionality that will greatly improve your legal research
experience. The Colorado Bar Association is proud to announce the addition of
Casemaker's suite of premium services at no cost to our members!
Effective May 1, 2014, you have access to not only Casemaker's broad and
comprehensive libraries which cover all 50 states and federal materials, but
you also have access to a suite of tools that make research faster and
easier. These premium services include Casecheck+,
CiteCheck, and Casemaker Digest.
To make things easier, we have created video
tutorials, specifically tailored for Colorado attorneys. The
tutorials are broken down by chapters, allowing you to easily locate the
information you need. In addition, trainings are available in person and via
webinar. Contact your local bar association and suggest a CLE-accredited
Casemaker demonstration. To schedule a Casemaker demo, contact Reba Nance.
February 2015 News! - Casemaker has now added the decisions of the
United States Patent and Trademark Office to the federal
library. They have started with the 2015 data but will be working
backwards to add the others as well as keeping them up to date. The decisions
are found in the Federal Materials listing under Patent Trials and under
Trademark Trials.
Additional Federal Materials recently added: Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission Decisions and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines
Manual.
Colorado Code of Regulations is now included in
